That is a trick question, isn't it? I think it is, because there really isn't any good evidence that Victor's creation killed William. The only evidence, if you will call it, is that Victor thinks it was his creation. So, I do not know if Victor or William would be killed by the creation, given the certain circumstances stated by the question. In fact the only evidence to who the killer is, is the finger print on William's neck. However; it is inadequate, because, in the given time the story takes place, there was no proper equipment to do tests to fingre out who's finger print it was. I also am unable to answer the question, because I haven't read anything about the creation's personality.
