The creature is like an infant, because when it awakes, it knows nothing and has to learn how to do everything. The creature also does the first thing an infant does, which is cry. It's not like an infant, because it has no one to teach it how to do anything. The creature also learns kind of fast. It learned how to walk and clothe itself within a night.
